Brought to CDG Group, we grew up close to Moroccan institutions. This proximity allowed us to quickly understand their problems and to design with them tailor-made solutions. Over time we have developed a stable, sustainable and accountable financial management model.
We are convinced that the management of savings is a major issue for investors and the financing of the national economy. We have rooted our vocation as a sustainable enterprise.
The international financial crisis of 2008 took away many certainties in terms of investment. For asset management, we have retained that the status quo is never an option. Today, we are engaged in an authentic industrial revolution. It is about moving from a packaged investment fund production industry to a service industry capable of offering each investor an investment solution adapted to his projects, at the lowest possible cost, by relying on the opportunities of digital transformation. The challenge is daunting and CDG CAPITAL GESTION is working every day to meet it.

4 MARCH
CDG is part of the management of savings and creates CD2G (which will later become CDG CAPITAL GESTION).
12 OCTOBER
A first dedicated fund is launched on behalf of the CNSS and Bank Al Maghrib.
1st January
A first certification is obtained. The AIMR (Association for Investment Management and Research) certification guarantees the reliability of calculated performances and our calculation methods.
16 APRIL
The launch of a first dedicated fund outside the Group marks the opening to the competitive market.
15TH AUGUST
The clients and assets of BNDE (National Bank for Economic Development of Morocco) and BMAO (Moroccan Bank of Africa and the East) are taken into management.
28th OCTOBER
Opening to retail customers, thanks to the development of a commercial partnership with the DarTawfir savings management network for individuals.
30th APRIL
Obtaining GIPS international ethical certification guarantees complete and transparent information in the presentation of our performances.
3 JANUARY
Opening up to retail customers is confirmed by the development of a commercial partnership with Safa Bourse's brokerage network.
19 JANUARY
The development of a commercial partnership with the Crédit Agricole Maroc network further broadens the opening to the retail clientele.
2 JUNE
Our new CDG CAPITAL GESTION identity marks the integration into the CDG CAPITAL Group.
12 APRIL
Attribution of the National Asset Manager M2 (Mar) by the agency Fitch Rating.
11th JUNE
The first contractual fund "CDG Serenity Guarantee" (insured capital and performance) is launched.
7 AUGUST
Fitch Ratings raises CDG CAPITAL GESTION's rating from "High Standards (mar)" to
"Highest Standards (mar)" / stable outlook.
30 SEPTEMBER
Obtaining ISAE 3402 Type 1 certification guarantees our customers the existence of an appropriate internal control system.
22 November
Launch of the first edition of
the Investment Management Forum.
Unique bank awarded by Fitch Ratings for mandated management of its institutional funds.
